Reservation Policies

  • Rates are subject to a 7% Maine state sales tax.
  • Deposits are required: full amount for 1 or 2 night stay; one-half of total for 3+ night stay. Balance is due upon arrival.
  • Check deposits are expected within 5 business days of booking. Credit card deposits processed immediately.
  • Refunds: if you must cancel or shorten your reservation, your deposit (less a $25 service charge) will be refunded with a 21 day notice, or if the cottage is re-rented for the entire duration. For weekly stays, a 45 day notice necessary.

Additional Policies

  • Check-in after 3pm; Check-out before 11am.
  • If checking in after 6pm, please call for special arrangements.
  • All accommodations are non-smoking.
  • Accommodations not appropriate for younger children.
  • No pets.
